In order to expand our head office in Merano and Laces we are looking for a

• Certified Tax Advisor / Auditor (m/f)

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Fluent in German and Italian language
• previous experience in the role, preferably in a structured, high level professional practice
• Knowledge of Italian and/or German language
• Motivation and enthusiasm for the professional activity

What we offer:

• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Preparation of periodic and annual tax returns regarding the various taxes (income, VAT, etc.).
• Providing of tax and corporate law advice to clients in the context of extraordinary operations
• Participation in corporate restructurings, tax litigation and M&A operations
