In order to expand our head office in Merano we are looking for an

• Certified Tax Advisor / Auditor (m/f)

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics, with professional qualification
• previous experience in the role, preferably in a structured, high level professional practice
• Knowledge of Italian and/or German language
• Motivation and enthusiasm for the professional activity

Tasks we offer:

• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Prepare periodic and annual tax returns regarding the various taxes (income, VAT, etc.).
• Provide tax and corporate consulting to clients in the context of extraordinary transactions
• Participate in corporate reorganization activities, tax litigation and M&A operations
